I architected and shipped MrMed 2.0, replacing the legacy platform with a high-availability modular monolith supporting 100,000+ concurrent users for patients managing cancer, hepatitis, and autoimmune conditions.
Context
MrMed serves patients needing super-speciality medicines. The legacy platform had performance bottlenecks, scaling limits, and architectural constraints — a full greenfield rebuild for scale, reliability, security, and compliance with sensitive patient data.
